Rhianna Jones is a failure because she has degrees in French Literature and International Visual studies.
I will say however I’ve always enjoyed the work of Jean Reno and of Luc Besson.
Given her sense of "style" in #19, I'd say she was given her degree in IVS, not because she earned it, but because of AA - they couldn't fail her, so they "degree'd" her to get rid of her.
