I think Varney compromised on that. He listened as Peters said, “I apologize”, having given him the chance to take it back or say “sorry”.
A little bit later, he made him apologize again

I do not think Obama is a pussy. I think he is a sociopath. About a month ago I mentioned to my wife that Obama's middle east policy has consistently favored the radical muslims. From supporting the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt to undermining Israel to dealing with Iran to freeing Gitmo terrorists to supporting radicals taking out Assad and on and on. She asked why he was so dumb about them and I answered he wasn't, it wasn't an accidental outcome of incompetence. It was willful, he supports radical Islam. He makes excuses for them, covers up for them, gives them PR aircover whenever possible, and he empowers them in any way he can.
She was irritated with me for saying that. She just couldn't buy that about any US President. Then she watched Obama brush off the Paris attacks as a PR problem basically, and then the San Bernadino attacks as workplace violence and she has begun to see the light.
