I think Schwinns are also now, made in China.

I am not certain about that, but I recall hearing I believe a few years ago, that all bicycles sold in America are now imported.

Anyone who knows differently, feel free to challenge this assertion. I am not 100% certain.

A lot of high end bicycles are made in the USA (Trek carbon-fiber frame bikes for example, but the current Trek CEO is a WI leftie unfortunately). On the low end there is this USA supplier for Walmart: http://www.bca.bike

Schwinn are made in China...Wal-Mart is selling an American made bike by Kent. Just bought one..good bike...
