I've been in the Navy since 2003 and I've never seen a non-partitioned commode.

Thanks for your ongoing service. As you may know, the Presidio of San Francisco is no longer an Army post. Likely there aren't non-partitioned toilets in the Army today, but there were when I was at the Presidio from November 1961 until September 1963. Buildings other than the old brick barracks did have partitioned toilets.

No separate shower stalls either in the old brick barracks.
