Cars are legal in all fifty states.
A driver's license from one state is honored in all 50 states.
If I let someone drive my car, I am not committing a crime in any state.
It is legal for anyone of any age to own a car.
I can operate my car however I want on my own property with no licensing.
You take one course (usually as a teenager), and you can drive on public roads the rest of your life (If you keep your nose clean).
If I'm licensed to drive a car in one state, I won't be hassled or arrested for doing so in another state (or for simply having that license).
There are no federal strictures on modifying a car.
My car won't be confiscated by local, state, or federal government if I seek treatment for mental health problems.
- of if I am accused (not convicted) of a crime-
- or if an estranged lover seeks a restraining order.
If I want to put a muffler on my car, I don't have to appeal to the federal government for permission.
There is no waiting period to purchase a car.
There is no background check to purchase a car.
It is legal to sell cars across state lines.
I do not have to involve a federally licensed dealer to transfer my car across state lines.
Cars are not regulated based on aesthetic or ergonomic features.
I can carry as much fuel as I want to in my car.
If I make money by buying and selling cars, I do not have to worry about committing a crime by not having a federal license to do so.
“DMV or MVA will be quick to say, driving is a privilege, not a right.”
We need more rights and fewer privileges.
no weapon is for every situation.
