This is a two-fer: an attack on that pesky second amendment and the next move in the “War on Women” meme against the Republicans.
“A vote against this bill is a vote against women’s safety!”
The spineless Republicans, fearing they’ll be called bad names in the media will cave...and will still be called bad names in the media. Maybe one or two of them will win the coveted title of “moderate” from the lefties...until the next time they vote against a leftist bill.
They have held the line thus far and for good reason.
