she needed to lose weight

There's a doctor in NH that said those words to a particular patient.

She complained to the licensing board, and I think they sided with her, even after all the other patients that benefited from the doctor's advice came forward to support the doctor.

The doctor had to apologize and attend counseling on awarding achievement points for the heck of it so as not to hurt a patient's feelings.

He had to apologize and they wanted him to take a medical education course about being nice to patients. He could have lost his license. I couldn’t find any news about how it all played out with the medical board.
