The plaintiff, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) Florida, has 30 days to appeal the decision.

I would wait to see how the appeal goes before celebrating this too much.

I would bet this gun shop would need a state license of some sort and would not be able to discriminate against anyone in the public regardless of what group they belong to. Unless the law says who to discriminate against like minors or obvious intoxicated people etc.
This case isn't a private matter, it is a public matter.

Myself, I believe that business owners should be able to discriminate against customers they don't want to have on their premises.
In the past the courts don't seem to agree with me on that, if a business has a state or Federal license to transact business. -Tom
