Get one of those “rabbit in distress” predator calls and you’ll lure Mr. Coyote into the crosshairs quickly enough.

I will have to check my local gun store.
Rather shocked me that the bird did it that close to humans. They are usually a bit more shy.
Given the time of year I am guessing it was a young hawk and hungry.
