Almost totally eliminated the stutter as far as I can tell thus far. Works well enough to not be annoying.

If you limit the framerate to, in my case, 50 fps, it helps considerably. I read that Nvidia cards have a hardware/on chip method for dealing with this (a sync issue between 2 or more cards) and thats why they are less susceptable/easier to deal with, while AMD has yet to go beyond driver fixes. Also learned that newer games (Direct X 11/12 based) are better at dealing with it on their end, thus fewer reported issues). Skyrim is of course, 4-5 years old so game engines have come along a ways as has direct X. F4 is cruzin along so that seems to back it up.

Still got a couple things I can try to totally or 99% eliminate it but as of now I’d call it 95ish% fixed.
