Found a SECOND bug, same save. When I go up to the Swatter guy, I walk near him and he starts a dialogue about the relics. I wanted to switch into the Clean Tan Suit to get better charisma (if needed). Couldn’t leave the dialogue.

Mine turned out to be a bad save afterall that baked in to the later ones. I went back to a clean one and redid all the mods one by one and re entered Corvega after each with no issue.
