Found an actual bug. Replicatable, too.
Sitting on the bench in Diamond City, waiting for Swatters to open up so I can give him his signed baseball paraphenelia. Power Armor right within reach, Fusion Core removed. Plugged the Fusion Core in without standing, all menus go away and you have to quit. If you get up, it works fine.
I have the save file and will submit to Bethesda.
