At the WalMart here much of the loot will be stolen. WM here has security guards but they are not allowed to stop someone making a run for the door with $5000 of electronics in his basket so many do that, especially with the crowds attending super-sale days. The police are not even called. I am sure that attitude causes higher prices throughout the year than would otherwise pertain. What is crazy is the fight in the parking lot over that basketful of stolen merchandise as another “shopper” attempts to hijack the original thief.
The local Best Buy has big bouncer-type dudes at the door, year round.
Did you know there’s apparently an official “Best Buy baseball bat”?
Seriesly.
:)
Looks like you are correct.
From the front page of Drudge:
Where I live here in S.E. Michigan, there are 3 WalMarts available to me with the furthest one being only 7 miles away and right next door to that one is a Menards.
3 miles west of me is a Home Depot and another one 3 miles east of me. 1 mile south of me is a Lowes.......
I honestly don't know how all these stores stay open with all the competition in my area......
