It's all about who is paying the bills.

There is a very strong Professional Progressive Left that are very highly paid and very ideologically committed professionals who's job it is to undermine and destroy our system from within.

These people work within a very secretive and highly organized network originally set up by the old Soviet Union during the Cold War to covertly fund and organize opposition groups led by the Soviets to destroy our system from within.

When the Soviet Union collapsed, the funding and leadership of these organizations collapsed and, like their hated Cold War adversaries, the American Leftist revolutionaries found themselves out of jobs and leaderless.

Into this vacuum stepped two players to pick up the funding slack and use the networks to advance their anti American agendas.

The first was the Radical Islamic state sponsors of terror who themselves had been part of the world wide Soviet network and who had developed close ties the American Leftist networks. This includes much of the Arab Oil State contingent whose motive is to use their oil wealth to fund the spread of Islam to the rest of the world

The second was the transnational multi billionaire Oligarch network that sprang up to seize the assets of the former communist states.

George Soros, working through is Open Society Network and other Soros controlled and funded NGOs and Foundations, is the most visible example of this group

Many of these guys were part of the old Soviet networks and had close ties to the American Left’s network as well and they had similar motives to take down the American system.

The major reason we have such a close alliance between the American Progressive Left and the Radical Islam is because the paymasters of the Progressive Left are themselves a confederation of wealthy private interests and State sponsored Islamic interests, all of whom wish to take down and then take over the West, especially America, and whom feel Radical Islam is the best tool to advance this goal.

I think your dad had it partially right the left wants people that are smart but not to smart. what the left wants are sudo-intellectuals. these are people that every out ward appearance look to be educated but are missing the wisdom that is required in evaluating and implementing an idea. these people look at an idea like communism or socialism and cant see the consequences of the philosophy’s. they don’t understand that most people will do what’s best for themselves and will twist socialism and communism to benefit them selves.
