I had the same problem until i realized the clip is muted. You can uncheck the mute (X) in the little video and you can hear it.
That was not it. I was thinking of Kevin complaining about something but did not provide a link for it.
I just scrolled down to find the link someone else gave and I can see what Kevin was referring to, but have lived sixty two years here in the South by the Grace of God, the lady's little drawl doesn't really bother me much.
