The Bucks have underperformed all year. Some of those wins against weak teams seemed to be less desire and more going through the motions. They’ll probably get a consolation prize bowl bid but overall a disappointing way to finish up.

A top-rated team is so good they get cocky and think they're invincible. They play a team that's not rated and don't play their best. The underdog team has nothing to lose and ends up beating the top-rated team because they play lights out. Happens quite regularly in sports.
That's why sports is so unpredictable.
