She and Russell lived a couple of houses from a co-worker who lived in Pacific Palisades, Kalifornia (he'd bought it 40 years before when his place was affordable)...he reported both of them to be nice and down to earth when at home.

I'd see Kurt on occasion when he'd pop into a high-end boot store which was close to our office; he appeared quite friendly and not "bothered" to be amongst the little people....he was taught well during his days as a "Disney Kid", I guess.
