The obvious solution for "Claire" is to find a homosexual man who wouldn't have a problem with "Claire's" girlish modifications. Where the rubber hits the road, so to speak, it should work out fine for both of them.

I never understood a man going through all that to be a woman when they could just act and dress like a woman and be gay. It sure would be a lot easier and cheaper.
