The funny thing is all my life I was taught that society downed on anyone who did not go to college the opposite is happening, society does not care if you are a college grad or not anymore unlike back then, maybe HR but thats it.

Hey, I have a college degree in business. Spent some time in the masters program and even spent a year in law school before I was drafted and joined the military. I've used my degree about half of my life in careers where it either helped getting a job or helped in doing a job. But the rest of the jobs I've had didn't require a college degree.

My wife and I both have college degrees but when we retired, we moved to Florida to the farm and raise beef cattle. No degree required. The cows don't care what our resumes say.

A college degree is only another notch on your pistol grip. It is not an end all to end all.
