They have real tasting olive oil and bacon infused. If you are ever here and have time, they have containers full of the different infusted oil to taste test (with bread) which is free. I had never been there until last year.
On the flip side, olive trees as landscaping are a pain in the rear.

Not into ‘infused’ oils.
I want the oil that we had 30 years ago that really tasted like olives. Back in 1948, when my mother would open a bottle of olive oil in the kitchen I could smell it in my bedroom. That is what I want back. :o)

Can you explain more about unnatural DNA that can alter the cells of the consumer of the fruit?
I promise to not laugh until you're finished.

good oil does taste wonderful on bread!

good oil does taste wonderful on bread! pour some good olive oil in a saucer, add a little garlic salt and a sprig of rosemary. Mash the sprig with a fork and stir it around.
Then, dip some fresh, warm Italian bread.
Recipe courtesy of Rosa's in, of all places, Warren, AZ -- the best Italian restaurant I've ever dined in.

Sounds good. I have never been to bisbee even thought I’m a native. Lots of places I want to see in my beaufitful home state. If I only had a job, car, gas... that recipe sounds divine. I’ll try it.

The ONLY place I source olive oil...... I always trust the products of the Genco Olive Oil Co. of Brooklyn, NY.
Whenever testing calls the quality of their product into question, a visit to the testing company by V.P. for Quality Control Luca Brasi always results in a retest that certifies their product is 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil, even if it was not labeled as such.

"Is that the same one that says California Olive Ranch Extra Virgin Olive Oil sold in Walmart?"
It IS!
It's not the cheapest, but it is the best general purpose and most assuredly pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

"That seems....illogical."
Well, yeah...
Until you taste it and realize you have never had real olive oil before.
