I can’t imagine putting my kids in a driverless car and sending them off the school.

Considering the way they drive school buses around here, it's probably safer.

Yeah, my kids are being driven down the road in my brand new driverless vehicle and some pervert sees that there is no driver in the car and swerves to disable the car and grab my kids.

There is no fail-safe for that.
