Waiting for feedback from the brave ones who will "jump" into this.

That reminds me... Please, does anyone know how to CHANGE the default for Windows 10 to update itself without my consent?

When the time comes I would like to decide the date myself.
There are even suggestions that the strange Freeper bug affecting Freeper "quote" posts is the result of a recent Office 360 Word update that was pushed onto all our computers.

Not only just the date, but also the individual updates- One of the big htigns with manual updates is that we get to read about individual updates, see if they are stable, read what other folks are ayign about it, and also get warnigns if an update is unstable-

But with automatic updates, not only does MS have unfettered aCCess to the computer- but we get all updates, whether they cause problems or not- we have no choice but to get them
