Once someone is appointed to be a diversity officer, they won't keep quiet. They'll keep looking for things to do. They'll always find some lack of "diversity" to complain about, and demand that be changed. This University just cut its own throat.

Chuck is actually a pretty good, level headed guy. If they were going to create this ridiculous position regardless, they probably picked one of the better people on campus for the job.

That being said, all the stuff going on there is absolutely ludicrous.
