I don't trust a lot of what I read on the internet. Anyone without going to school can put up anything they want to. Doesn't make it true. I've seen plenty of errors (including formulas) in stuff on the web.

There is a long track record of people with lots of letters behind their names being wrong. I don’t tend to trust professionals on soap boxes.

Studies are wrong 5% of the time by design and things are frequently counterintuitive.

Live life in moderation, do the things that are historically healthy, and enjoy life.
