If you've got a mind to, give Trump two grades (A to E each) for his recent SNL appearance. One grade for how much he helped his candidacy, and one grade for his entertainment value.
I grew up in a household where Chapin was required listening.
I watched the entire show. First time in decades I even tuned in.
Thought Trump was fantastic. GREAT sense of humor.
Funniest bit to me was the making fun of Drake dances, Donald appeared as blue suit, brown shoes accountant, and danced as badly as a man can. And dancing with Ed Grimley, bonus!
A for helping his campaign - EVERYONE appreciates someone who can laugh at himself.
A for entertainment, for his bits, anyway. The rest of the show is dreck.
PS - The singer was odd, but had a fabulous sound. A FB friend from New Zealand told me she is so publicity shy and doesn’t like being recognized. OK..... but she did sound good.

My wife, a reformed hippie and a convert to Conservatism makes me go to another room if I wish to play Harry.
Back in the day I stayed up and watched SNL.
I also liked the skit about Hillary.
He added the only class on the stage. SNL is sickeningly untalented.
