If they REALLY believe that, then they need to clear out the Boy Scout troop masters they just started letting in.

Their policy on homo scoutmasters has not changed. It is the national BSA who is letting them in. I think there is a thread from earlier this summer posted which said Mormons (who sponsor close to 30% of all scout troops) would not be withdrawing from the BSA at this time but expected them to honor their commitment to let individual scout troops such as those they sponsor exclude homosexuals in adult leadership positions.
