Of course not. The prescription drugs were supplied by the government, who naturally has no liability whatsoever.
The vodka was supplied by a distiller which doesn't have as deep of pockets as Pepsi. Plus it was only one liter to Pepsi's eight.
So, of course, it is Pepsico's fault.

Pshaw. A one-litre bottle of vodka a day isn’t enough to harm a fly. Most people polish that much off in the morning before they’ve finished their corn flakes.
