Yes, he was indeed the lesser evil, which is why conservatives like Palin and Levin supported him over Obama. The less damage done to the country the better — a concept that’s lost on you but that makes sense to most sensible people.

Liberalism is liberalism, and supporting it is wrong.
You may be wiling to compromise your principles to rush to support homosexual marriage, gun bans, illegal aliens, higher taxes, homosexual judges, romneycare/obamacare, but I am not.
I supported a conservative.
Not a liberal.
When you vote for a liberal you get more liberalism, not less.

And if congress is pathologically incapable of opposing Obama’s bs, they would not oppose anything from anyone else either.

Sorry this is lost on you.
