Serious question. I see $150 billion is gone. What in the vote or legislation made it disappear, did they just reduce the money going into it? Or did the actually draw from it for another purpose. How does this work? (My legislators...Graham voted for this, Tim Scott voted against it as did Mark Sanford...all three received an email from me).
Probably funneled to something else.
