Denied MOH because there was some doubt he was conscious...
Because the unconscious often scoop up live grenades and shield their buddies from the blast as a gallant dieing act...
SecDef should correct and award Sgt Peralta the MOH...Perhaps a Pres Cruz or Trump could correct this injustice...
