Have gotten a flu shot every year for the last 20+ years except for one ... guess which year I go the flu (most miserable days of my life)? Rather take my chances with the flu shot then without.

I used to never get flu shots. Now that I am older, I do. A few years ago I got the flu real bad - a lot of congestion in my lungs. I had never been sick quite that bad before and it really scared me. That is when I decided to get flu shots. I have had the flu a few times since I started with the flu shots, but not as severe as that one time I got so sick that it scared me. I had a flu shot a few weeks ago - no problems.

Same here almost.......years ago I didn’t and got the flu......it was awful.

Strangely enough, after my flu shot this year I had about 3 days of fatigue off and on
