I have been taking 5000 IU of d3 for years...just recently ‘upgraded’ to the Vitamin d3 produced by Innate Formulas. Pricey and hard to find, but their formula incorporates k1 and k2, and is worth every penny.

I am a purist, however.
Allergic to all and have had Lyme several times…never goes away.
I eat all organic, supplement myself with certified organic supplements.

I should have been dead 5 years ago..doing well.
Still have my bad days.
