My doctor clients have lots of patients who work for the Federal government and are covered by Blue Cross of Texas. No deductible and only a $20 co-pay. Haven’t a clue as to whether or not they pick up any of the premium cost themselves but doubt it.

Not that familiar with gov policies except from reading the plan listed. Bet the deductible is the same nationwide though, since it's a nationwide plan.

Anytime the government gets involved in purchasing services, supplies, or whatever. The cost of those items skyrocket!

Unsure of why the government created Obamacare in the first place, when it could have adapted a plan for other than government employees or a SS plan. Some in Washington brought it up. What has been created [Obamacare] is one of the biggest scams conceived by mankind. And heaven only knows how many it will kill or bankrupt before we necessarily go back to the way heath services were acquired 50 years ago.
