so based on the 2004 data they have income of over $3 million and have only contributed $331,000 since 1991 or about $25K a year.

IMHO, these are the non-proftis the IRS should go after. If you are paying your BOD's more than you are contributing you should not be a non-profit. It is just a money laundering set up for the rich and/or well connected.

The non-profits that I am involved in locally don't pay the board of directors anything! They are all volunteers like the rest of us. That is what I thought non-profits were supposed to be!
