Rand is doubtless thinking about a woman who actually intends to undertake a presidential role, personally. It would be rare to find one. Granted, Rand lived at a time that there weren’t even woman governors. Also she didn’t know Margaret Thatcher.
Anyhow, if the woman in question simply has to be a figurehead, it’s easier.

It is a source of unending amazement to me that Herself, Madame Benghazi, the Cold & Joyless, managed to bear up through the entire day of questioning, without resorting to solace from some form of alcohol.
Or perhaps that is why there were breaks in the “testimony” during the session. Herself just had to stop out and take a little Dutch Courage.
Might explain some of the inappropriate laughter and extended coughing fits.

I was looking for something at Best Buy last Friday night. Before I left, I went back to the TV section to the new Super HDTV. While back there, one of the TV’s flashed up a close-up of Hillary from her House Committee testimony last week.
Mega-hurl!!!! It looked like her face was about to slide off skull below her cheek-bones. HDTV does her no favors . . . yuck!!!!

That was the picture of an aged crone, perhaps suffering from a multitude of physical ailments, many induced by excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages, and insufficient regard for even basic attention to nutrition and exercise.
Exacerbated by long-term damage as a result of a fall in December, 2012. There may have been evidence of traumatic brain damage, that has been artfully concealed.
