Ever wonder how Zapruder filmed that so steadily while the President of the United States had his head blown off? He didn't use a tripod. The film was admitted to of been edited, twice. People on the side of the car said it almost stopped, and was moving very slowly at the time of the shots. The film was edited by removing frames and thus it appeared to be moving much faster than it really was.
Zapruder likely worked for the CIA.

There are lots of blurred frames.

Zapruder was connected to a group of Dallas businessmen, who did favors for the CIA. I found that once chasing links, but didn’t save it.

Anybody with good camera experience can film handheld, rather steadily, with practice.
