Baseball on the radio is like heaven in the workshop.
My Giants are done, so I will root for the underdog.
And they will not win.
But I will listen.

That’s how I heard the Mets win the WS the first time, everyone was SO into it the teachers even let us listen in school. That’s why I’m a Mets fan and always will be, and I’m a girl too so I wasn’t that into sports, but to me (and many others) that was just amazingly exciting.
