Otherwise you -- YOU -- need to give up your electric use (eminent domain delivers it to you), give up your municipal water (eminent domain delivers that to you too), no more sewers (so feces can build up on your law now), and don't you DARE try to use roads (eminent domain again).

Except you know that's not what eminent domain is being used for these days. You think my property can be seized just so the government can give it to some crony of theirs? If you read Kelo it had nothing to do with any legitimate use of eminent domain.
