I feel like I’m committing a crime as a millennial nerd completely uninterested in this movie.

Actually, I’m more psyched about the new Star Trek movie. But, different strokes.......

meh...guess I’m no longer a fan of the story line. Just another alternate propaganda at work.

I was a big star wars fan (my nick is an obscure SW reference) until Lucas destroyed the whole thing. I am glad he is out of the loop now. I am hopeful this will be a better movie but Abrams could also screw it up even worse if that is possible.

Stay tuned for Star Wars Battlefront E3 2015 gameplay trailers, walkthroughs, let's plays, coop and multiplayer gameplay, GDC 2015 gameplay trailers, over 15 minutes of gameplay walkthroughs and Star Wars Day (May 4 2015) gameplay trailers...

I'll bet they're spending almost as much money to promote this movie as Jeb Bush is spending on his campaign.

I watched the trailer last night. If I’m reading it right, it looks like the film ‘verse went almost the opposite direction of the “expanded universe” books. Whereas in the books, the Rebellion becomes the New Republic, and struggles to swallow the huge galactic political structure they inherit, the new movies make it look as though the Emperor’s death prompted a wave of repression from what was left of the Empire, wiping out (almost) all knowledge of the events of the 6 original movies, and pushing the whole society further towards a kind of dark age.

OK, I'll be the first to post the "I've never heard of Star Wars and don't care anything about Hollywood! I haven't watched a movie since 1973 and have NEVER owned a television!"

Just thought I'd get that out of the way.

Seriously though, I stopped caring about Star Wars in 1983, about 2 months after Jedi left the theaters. I'll never understand the obsession people have with it.

Hans Solo throwing a pass to Luke Skywalker just out of reach but he uses the Force to grab it while at the same time repelling the Stormtrooper players from tackling him.
He then crosses the line for a touchdown.
