Make the connection of the punishment with the crime explicit. Publicize the law. Prosecute with notorious examples that gain media attention. Join as defendants members of law Raza wherever a RICO case can be made.

Scare the hell out of illegal immigrants that for them to go anywhere near a polling station is to invite instant deportation at best and prosecution at worst.

Spot on! The ability of illegal border crossers getting ballots is the goal of the DemonRATs. It would sabotage their game plan to arrest any illegal voters. It would also send a message far and wide that illegal voting is off the table.
