Polar bears swim for miles. If they are on an ice flow they are not trapped with nowhere to go.

The Federal Government needs to act immediately, and teach these musk oxen how to swim!

Seems to me they are already doing that by encouraging Alaskans to teach musk ox to swim in gravy.
