This should be a fascinating look at how the Russians will perform under a wartime scenario. I hope our side is watching closely. (Ordinarily, I could feel assured they would. WE end up arming the rebels and the loyal troops, ISIS swoops in and steals from both to continue their conquests and continual beheadings elsewhere- so, in effect, we are also arming ISIS.

Fast forward
Russia will end up with a scorched earth policy and turn Libya into a parking lot and when they drag themselves home, BO will step in and have us rebuild the country he basically maneuvered into being annihilated.
Like Fools before him BO will convince Russia to stop bombing in Libya and pull the troops out. Like when WE convinced Russia to pull out of Afghanistan it only cost us about 50,000 or so Russian Troops fresh from a murderous, backbreaking ‘nowin’ war and they resettle here.

We know that ‘group’ got us the brothers the bombed the Boston Marathon -which turned Boston into a combat zone while they geared up and pulled all stops to catch the TWO bombers.

There is an airbase near Aleppo they are trying to free up. That would make a sustained campaign in that area easier.
