Is that what you want, Donna? Do you sic the police on a neighbor you don’t like and dogs you don’t like?
Newsflash: The same thing happened in Germany, neighbor reporting neighbor to the Gestapo. It’s happened in every totalitarian regime before or since, reporting “undesirable” neighbors to the local authorities.
Every time an American does it, we move further in that direction.
Every time you do it, you aid those who would destroy our remaining liberties.
First they came for the “pit bulls”, and I didn’t complain because my dog wasn’t a pit bull. Then they came for the rottweilers, and I didn’t complain because my dog wasn’t a Rottweiler. Then they came for the Dobermans....
Ruby Ridge started because an officer shot a dog.
And that officer, US Marshall actually, was shot dead on the spot.

I want to comment on the HRT but better not...
What’s not to realize? I prefer my dog to most people.
I just pointed out that the owner wasn’t looking out for the dog. Shame on the owner.
Is this the way you treat your dog?

There are many situations when bringing in the police will only make things worse, sometimes much worse.
Well, Donna, don’t really know all the circumstances but most people leave their dogs locked up in the home at least occasionally and sometimes regularly.
Dog owners have to work, do errands and other things that one cannot take a dog to. It is dangerous to leave a dog in the car and many people who used to take their dogs and leave them in the car for a short time don’t dare do that anymore.
The dog was at a neighbors and the door was bashed in. Where was the owner?
They were ot of town and had neighbors caring for the dog. Start of the article.
Cops end up shooting dead man they were trying to rescue from rising flood waters
