Answer: Yes.
Word goes out from the VA governor’s office: any vehicle with a Rebel flag plate will be stopped, officers to deploy deadly force & prone out driver who will be ticketed. Unplated vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense.

Yes that will and apply deadly force as necessary. the slaves will obey or suffer the consequences. <P Never lose sight of the fact that a majority of voters elect the Governor, there a majority of the Commonwealth denizens approve o this.
