Bush’s response to 9-11 was immediate, decisive, and forceful. He sent the “diaper-heads” running for their caves. He showed that these bloody killers would turn and run if faced with determined force. There were no more 9-11’s after that and we WERE safer, becasue the enemy was confused and didn’t know what he was dealing with. (The enemy thought he were still dealing with milquetoast Clinton-type leadership).
You confusing Bush’s effective response to 9-11 with his subsequent failure to stay on this right course of action.
“immediate (and) decisive”? Yeah, if you mean smuggling he Saudis out of the country. If you mean “religion of peace” while the crater was still smoldering.
