I think that it is obvious what Trump is doing. Right now, he's running against a Bush and right now he wants to push his opponent's emotional buttons. GWB just happens to be his opponent's brother.
But, none of it means anything.
Well, let’s consider what will happen if Trump gets the GOP nomination and Hillary gets the Democrat nomination. What do you think Trump will be saying then? Will he be blaming Bush for 9/11 or will he be blaming Hillary’s husband for 9/11?

If and when the opportunity comes to debate Hillary I would hope Trump would point out that Billy Jeff had the opportunity to take out Bin Laden and thereby potentially have avoided 9 / 11 . We shall see
