You obviously do not understand diplomatic speech ...Its a matter of common sense to assert that Muslims are peaceful and good people and maybe it is just wishful thinking but you need to separate peace loving Muslims from radical jihadists if you are going to go to war with jihadists.
That is the kind of thing diplomats and politicians and Presidents say.
Why not you ask the brave Mr Trump if Muslims are peaceful or not.

O’Reilly asked Trump whether there is a Muslim problem in the world.

Trump said although there is a world Muslim problem, it does not reflect on all Muslims.
“And that’s the sad part about life, because you have fabulous Muslims — I know many Muslims, and they are fabulous people, they’re smart, they’re industrious,” he said. “Unfortunately, at this moment in time, there is a Muslim problem in the world.”
When did GWB ever say anything even closely resembling that statement?
GWB insisted that Islam is a peaceful religion, when in fact throughout it's entire history Islam has been anything but peaceful.
