Obviously, these “climate experts” can number no more than 3% of the world’s scientists because Al Gore says 97% of the scientists say “global warming” is real, happening now...and settled science.
The claim by the press for the prediction is a bit hyperbolic. The “ice age” they are talking about would be equivalent to the Dalton or Maunder minimums which did engender crop failures and famine in less technological economies and agriculture and may again if we are so focused on averting the AGW that we are totally unprepared for the Cooling. I suppose even that would enhance the Ruling Class control over everything.
Water cooling? I thought the latest party line was all the missing heat was hiding deep down in the oceans.
The cool water in the North Atlantic is RARE. You see, the whole world's got a fever, and it is mankind.
If certain people notice it is not getting hotter, but rather colder in certain places, then make up a scientific-sounding name like "The North Atlantic Rare Cooling Anomaly". This still fits within the 97% of scientists who say mankind is causing the Earth's temperature to go up, but we'll call it Climate Change, which, incidentally, will cause sea levels to rise, Florida and Manhattan to be underwater, and billions of poor people of color to die.
And cause Republicans to gloat and laugh. Don't forget that part. They're Holocaust Deniers. Oops, they meant Climate Change Deniers. Not holocaust (same smear intended, though).
Did you know the 97% claim this year--2015--the hottest EVER!? It was 200/1000ths of a degree warmer. But don't tell anyone that very few thermometers calibrate that well.
