Just got off a Webex meeting call that totally fell apart because of a software problem. Cell phones are most unreliable just when you need them the most as another example of modern failure prone systems. They have become too complex for our own good.
In the aftermath of most hurricanes, cellphone service is often non-existant. HAM saves the day yet again.
