Funny this story crops up. I was kidding my wife a few days ago about rubbing metal balls together. She said she there was an employee where she worked who rubbed metal balls together to relieve tension.

I mentioned "The Caine Mutiny" and Humphrey Bogart's character, Captain Queeg. I also read the book. She had never heard of TCM, and thought I was joking about rubbing metal balls to relieve tension.
